01Prohibited Shipments
Neverstill Transport, LLC does not knowingly transport any of the following:
- Illegal items, contraband, or any goods unlawful to possess or transport.
- Hazardous materials, unless we are legally authorized and the shipment is properly declared, documented, packaged, and placarded.
- Explosives, ammunition components, fireworks, or incendiary devices.
- Undeclared dangerous goods of any kind, including flammables, compressed gases, and corrosives presented as ordinary freight.
- Stolen property or goods the tendering party is not authorized to ship.
- Live animals.
- Human remains, including cremated remains.
- Any shipment prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
02Regulated & Sensitive Freight
Medical, laboratory, and pharmacy items are carried only where legally permitted and where the customer holds the required authorizations and provides the appropriate chain-of-custody documentation.
High-value goods, confidential records, and controlled inventory should be identified at the time of quoting so the right handling and documentation are assigned to the run.
03Accurate Declaration Required
The customer is responsible for accurately describing the contents of every shipment. Tendering undeclared or misrepresented freight voids any liability on our part and may result in immediate termination of service.
Drivers may refuse a shipment at the pickup location if its contents do not match what was described at booking.
04Acceptance Subject to Review
All shipments are accepted at the discretion of Neverstill Transport. Acceptance is subject to review of the contents, packaging, handling requirements, vehicle capacity, and applicable law, and we may decline any shipment we are not equipped or authorized to carry.
